Return window and condition

You may mail an eligible online purchase back within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. We accept online returns by mail. For instructions, email info@oakandironbatesville.com or call (870) 834-2986.

Return shipping and fees

You purchase and pay for return postage for a change-of-mind return. We charge no restocking, return handling, or refund processing fees. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us to arrange the return. We cover the necessary return postage in those cases.

Refunds

We process an eligible refund to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the return. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

To choose a different size or style, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. Your rights under applicable law remain in effect.
